Spryt, inside commvita
Booking a slot is easy; making sure the right patient attends the right step at the right time is hard. Spryt brings the prediction and orchestration engine; commvita™ brings the record, the clinical workflow and the reach — so Spryt's intelligence acts where the work happens.
Live vs demonstrated:Live — real, API-backed platform logic (wired end-to-end today)Demonstrated — representative control surface with seeded / partner-mock data
The partnership model — stated plainly. Spryt's capabilities (No-Show Prediction, Care Journey Orchestration, Smart Waitlist and the Asa conversational agent) are Spryt's algorithms, run in Spryt's engine. commvita™ surfaces Spryt's outputs inside the clinical record and workflow — it does not replicate them natively. Spryt retains the IP and the revenue for these capabilities. The integration is a governed proxy (SPRYT_ASA_URL) with graceful fallback; the Powered by Spryt mark is shown wherever a Spryt output appears.
1Care Journey Orchestration — the whole pathway, sequenced
A care journey isn't one appointment — it's bloods, imaging, a consult, prep and follow-up, in the right order, with the right gaps. Spryt's CJO sequences the multi-visit pathway and, when one slot moves, reshuffles everything downstream. commvita™ surfaces the recommendation on the patient's record; the pathway logic runs in Spryt's engine.

Spryt brings
The engine
No-Show Prediction, CJO pathway sequencing, Smart Waitlist recovery and Asa's conversations — the models and the IP.
commvita™ brings
The context
The longitudinal record, the clinical workflow, the appointment & waiting-list data, and the unified Communications reach.
Together
Intelligence that acts
Spryt's recommendation lands on the actual patient record, one click from action — not in a separate analytics silo.

2CJO in the record — reshuffle when a slot moves
Two live pathways, sequenced by Spryt and surfaced on the person's record. When the diabetes patient's bloods slip, CJO re-times retinopathy, foot care and the GP review so the whole review still lands in window.

Representative UI — pathway data illustrative; CJO recommendations surfaced by commvita™, sequencing computed in Spryt's engine
1
Spryt reads the pathway + the diary
Across a person's multi-visit pathway (imaging, labs, consults, prep, follow-up), Spryt holds the ordering rules and the timing constraints.
2
A slot moves — the model re-sequences
When one appointment slips or cancels, Spryt reshuffles the downstream steps so the whole journey still completes in the clinically-required window.
3
commvita™ surfaces it where care happens
The re-sequence appears as a one-click recommendation the clinician accepts. In this build the accept is a demonstrated UI action; the write-back that raises the actual bookings and recalls in Appointments · Recall Management is the next step to wire.
Where commvita™ ends and Spryt begins. The booking, recall and record are commvita™ (Appointments · Recall Management · Waiting List — all Live). The sequencing intelligence is Spryt. Neither replicates the other: commvita™ never re-implements the CJO model, and Spryt never becomes the system of record.

3DNA — predict the no-show, recover the slot
A Did-Not-Attend wastes a clinician's hour and delays the patient who needed it. Spryt's No-Show Prediction (NSP) scores every upcoming appointment before it happens; Smart Waitlist back-fills a predicted gap with the best-fit waiting patient. commvita™'s own DNA Analysis (/dna-analysis) closes the loop on patterns and rebooking.

4Asa — the conversation that reduces the no-show
Asa is Spryt's conversational agent. It meets patients on WhatsApp and SMS — no app, no portal — confirms, reminds, rebooks and clears the barrier (transport, timing) that would have caused the DNA. This is NSR (No-Show Reduction): the action that follows the prediction.
Honest state. The Spryt integration surface and proxy are Live (commvita™ forwards to SPRYT_ASA_URL with graceful fallback); the Care Yield, NSP, CJO, Smart-Waitlist and Asa figures shown are Spryt-mock demonstration data until a live Spryt instance is connected. The record, booking, recall and waiting-list modules those outputs would act on are commvita™'s own Live capabilities. Today the one Spryt action that writes back is Enrol in Asa (logs to the Communications CRM); the CJO and Smart-Waitlist Accept actions are demonstrated UI acts — the booking/recall write-back is the next integration step. Spryt retains all IP and revenue for its algorithms; commvita™ is the clinical surface, not a re-implementation.
