A single deployment you can sign into as five health systems — England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Ireland — each with its own patients, staff, identifiers, referrals and appointments, the VUIT partner & social-value layer switched on, and research that runs end-to-end on OMOP. Pick a jurisdiction. It just works.
Sign in at the demo front door and choose a jurisdiction. Each loads its own configuration — terminology, identifiers, currency, compliance framework — and its own seeded people and staff. Northern Ireland now sits alongside the other UK nations.
| Jurisdiction | Primary identifier | Seeded demo data |
|---|---|---|
| England (NHS) | NHS Number | Patients, staff, referrals, appointments · VUIT ON |
| Scotland (NHS) | CHI Number | 200 patients · 40 staff · VUIT ON |
| Wales (GIG Cymru) | NHS Number | 200 patients · 40 staff · VUIT ON |
| Northern Ireland (HSC NI) — new | Health & Care Number | 200 patients · ~40 staff (5 HSC Trusts) · referral book · appointments · VUIT ON |
| Ireland (HSE) | PPS Number | Patients, staff, appointments · VUIT ON |
VUIT is built and API-backed behind a fail-safe feature flag, and switched on across the UK nations + Ireland in this demo. It brings the voluntary & community sector onto the board four ways — a destination for support, an outcome contributor, an inequality reducer and a value contributor — through one normalised PartnerActivity adapter, so any partner source maps with no schema change.
“Partner-supported outcomes (VUIT)” sits on the board scorecard next to outcomes, access, inequality, value and workforce.
The Value & Resource Deployment tab adds a Partner option — route social need to voluntary/community capacity to prevent clinical escalation.
The flag defaults OFF; enabling is per-jurisdiction or global, admin-controlled. In this demo it’s on for the five nations above.
A cohort built in Clinical Studies now exports as an OMOP CDM v5.4 extract manifest and an OHDSI ATLAS (Circe) cohort definition — concept sets mapped from the cohort’s condition/drug/measurement filters (SNOMED→OMOP / dm+d→RxNorm / LOINC), aggregate-only and k≥5-suppressed, with an “Open in OHDSI ATLAS” hand-off. The Research Portal lets external researchers request the extract as OMOP CDM v5.4, FHIR R4 Bulk or CSV. Federated Cohort Discovery already queries OMOP-CDM nodes, so discovery → cohort → research all speak OMOP.
